PRODUCTS: We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

SERVICES: Data, training, computer and support services provided on a subscription basis may be cancelled at any time. We are only able to cancel services and discontinue recurring auto billing once you have done the following: 
1) Inform us that you wish to cancel services by contacting your representative and also sending a message to [email protected]
2) Return all computers, displays and lighted signage to our headquarters office at 1120 Holland Dr, Ste 16, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and insurance
3) Upon notification and successful return of equipment, we will discontinue billing within 48 hours of receipt of these items. No future or further charges will be applied after that time. Due to the nature of the services provided, we cannot refund any prior usage or fees prior to this date.
