1) Refund policy — Customers may return physical goods within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days of that time, please contact your card provider.
2) Delivery policy — All items will be packed and shipped in accoordance with the shipping method selected and paid by the buyer. All orders will be shipped with a major common carrier, and will have tracking number logged.
3) Return policy – Customers may return physical goods within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unaltered, and in the original condition as shipped. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
4) Cancellation policy — Data, training, computer and support services provided on a subscription basis may be cancelled at any time. We are only able to cancel services and discontinue recurring auto billing once you have done the following:
a) Inform us that you wish to cancel services by contacting your representative and also sending a message to [email protected].
b) Return all computers, displays and lighted signage to our headquarters office at 1120 Holland Dr, Ste 16, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and insurance
c) Upon notification and successful return of equipment, we will discontinue billing within 48 hours of receipt of these items. No future or further charges will be applied after that time. Due to the nature of the services provided, we cannot refund any prior usage or fees prior to this date.
